سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

بالصراط بدنا تكون راضي عن كل طلب. هيدي الشروط بتوضّحلك كيف بيصير الاستبدال.
مدّة الاستبدال
- فيك تطلب استبدال خلال 3 أيّام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
منتج مكسور أو غلط
- إذا وصلك منتج مكسور أو مش المنتج يلّي طلبته، لازم تبلّغنا خلال يوم واحد (24 ساعة) من الاستلام.
- ابعتلنا على واتساب 71 313 323 رقم الطلب وصور أو فيديو واضح للمنتج.
شروط الاستبدال
- المنتج لازم يكون مش مستعمل أبداً.
- أيّ منتج بينحطّ عالجسم (متل المكياج، العطور، العناية بالبشرة والشعر، مزيلات العرق وأدوات العناية الشخصيّة) ما بينستبدل إذا انفتح ختمه.
وين وكيف بيصير الاستبدال
- فيك تستبدل المنتج بأيّ فرع من فروع الصراط.
- توصيل الاستبدال علينا – ما بتدفع شي على التوصيل.
إذا البديل سعره مختلف
- إذا المنتج البديل أغلى، بتدفع الفرق بالسعر.
- إذا المنتج البديل أرخص، ما منرجّع الفرق مصاري، بس فيك تكمّل القيمة وتاخد منتجات تانية بنفس القيمة، حتّى لو أكتر من غرض.
استرجاع المصاري
- منرجّع المصاري بحالة وحدة: إذا المنتج وصل مكسور وما في بديل متوفّر.
- غير هيك، ما في استرجاع مصاري، بس فيك تستبدل حسب الشروط فوق.
كيف تطلب استبدال
- احكينا على واتساب 71 313 323 أو على الإيميل [email protected].
- ابعت رقم الطلب، رقم تلفونك، وسبب الاستبدال (مع صور إذا المنتج مكسور أو غلط).
- منأكّدلك الاستبدال، بأيّ فرع أو عن طريق التوصيل.

Exchange period
- You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or wrong items
- If an item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, please tell us within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery.
- Send your order number and clear photos or a video on WhatsApp +961 71 313 323.
Conditions
- The item must be completely unused.
- Products applied to the body (such as makeup, perfumes, skin and hair care, deodorants and personal-care items) cannot be exchanged once the seal is opened.
Where and how
- Exchanges can be made at any alSirat branch.
- We cover the delivery cost of exchanges.
Price difference
- If the replacement costs more, you pay the price difference.
- If the replacement costs less, the difference is not refunded, but you can choose other products up to the same value, even more than one item.
Refunds
- We refund your money only if the item arrived damaged and no replacement is available.
- Otherwise we do not offer refunds; exchanges are available under the conditions above.

Contact us on WhatsApp +961 71 313 323 or by email [email protected] with your order number, phone number and the reason (photos if the item is damaged or wrong).
